How do I post an ad?
Posting an ad on VBOX is quick, easy and completely free! Simply register first or login to your account in profile menu click ads and then post ads.
How do I edit my ad?
If you would like to edit your ad, signin to your account, and click on My Ads. You will see list of your ads, you will click on edit button of your ads, and update your posted Ad.
How do I delete my ad?
If you would like to delete your ad, signin to your account, and click on My Ads. You will see list of your ads, you will click on delete button of your ads, and delete your posted Ad.
How do I update my account?
If you would like to update your account, signin to your account and go your profile page. Here you can update your account info.
How long do ads stay on VBOX?
Ads appear for 90 days, unless you manually delete them.
I posted an ad but can't find it. What's wrong?
All ads are reviewed against fraud and spam, so if it is fraud and spam, than admin change its status to inactive, and it is not visible.
Why has my ad been rejected?
All of the ads are manually reviewed - if your ad violates our posting rules, it will be rejected. You can read what changes you have to make before the ad can be approved in In the rejection email.
I'm getting contacted about an ad I didn't post. Can you help me?

I haven't received any responses to my ad. What's wrong?
It is strongly recommended that you write a good title and detailed description, and use clear original images in your ad.
How can I create business store and add employee to the store?
To create business first, user has to create an individual private profile. Once profile is created, go to profile menu click create business button to create business page. When the business is created it will show in profile menu click on use as that business you have created. There you will see extra menu buttons of store and staff. Click on store button to create store once store is created you can add staff to the store. But for adding employee, business user has to invite staff to join VBOX and working as your employee on VBOX. Click on staff button and invite the staff by entering their email address. Once the staff receive email they can either accept or reject the invitation, if accepts, staff will be taken to the form to fill and register their profile and the profile will be connected with the business. But if the employee has already a profile on VBOX it will be directly connected as an employee of that store. Once the employee appears in the staff page, employee can be assigned a store in the drop down menu to work or be contacted in that store.
Are there any charges using VBOX?
VBOX is free and we don’t charge anything. We don't charge private sellers or businesses anything for using our services. However we charge businesses a small amount for using just our video/audio calling and receiving services. Other services of chatting are still free such as text chatting, file & location sharing and appointments etc. There are no charges for creating accounts or business profile either, But businesses need to fund to their accounts to be able to be using the video/audio chatting services. They can pay with credit/debit cards, Paypal in the Payments. Charges for video/audio calls are $.05 per minutes if there are no funds in the account they will be asked to purchase or fund first for using video/audio services otherwise they won’t be able to make or receive calls.
Is VBOX secured for financial transactions?
Please note that we are not responsible for any financial transaction, fraud or refund. Any financial transaction between buyer and seller is solely their own responsibility. As at this instance we don’t provide any financial security. So please be vigilant while doing any transaction in between buyer and sellers. We will highly encourage that you be extra careful in any fraudulent financial transactions and don’t do any financial transaction through VBOX.
How chatting works?
VBOX chatting application is not like other chatting app where you first add people to your profile. When someone is online the chat button will be blue by just clicking the chat button will take you to the chatting application where you will send them invitation by clicking green invitation button. When they accept the invitation and join you in the chatting application the video chatting button will appear by clicking that you can start audio/video chatting. If you don’t audio/video chatting you can just text chat and use other features.
What browser VBOX chatting is compatible with?
VBOX chatting is compatible with all browsers although audio/video features are not supported by IE and Safari browser other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Opera completely support all features on desktop. It will always give you a message in the corner if it doesn’t support any browser or device.
Can we use the chatting on our mobile devices?
Absolutely, Its mobile devices compatible, However some of the devices operating on iOS such iPhone or iPad doesn’t support the audio/video chatting technology even if someone is using compatible browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Opera. It’s because iOS devices doesn’t support all the audio/video features of these browsers but you can use all the other features. Although android phone completely support these browsers and one can use all the features in these devices.
Do we have to install anything for chatting application separately?
VBOX chatting app is built in features and it doesn’t require anything extra to install its built within the web application.
How can I see my chatting history or appointments?
If you just click on the messages link in your profile menu you can always see chatting history and appointments.
What are the rules for posting on VBOX ?
We don't allow ads that contain:
- an item or service that is illegal
- an item or service that is not located
- an invalid phone number
- an unrealistic offer
- offensive language
- offensive pictures
- text in the title or description that is not related to the advertised item or service
- pictures that do not match or clearly show the advertised item or service
- a non-specific item or service, e.g. a description of a company in general terms
- a URL link that is not relevant to the advertised item or service
- offers and requests for items or services in the same ad
- multiple items in the same ad
- the same content as another ad
